This is an area rug that was in the master bedroom. It&#39;s over 35 years old, I believe it&#39;s a pollinase, and the dimensions are 111 in wide by 149 in long. The rug is white or cream colored, with a set pattern that I&#39;ve taken pictures of and you could view them for yourself. It&#39;s a nice rug, it&#39;s in very good shape, but it does need to be clean.

This chair has been with me personally for almost 45 years. It&#39;s seen a lot of good times and some bad times. The good times started when I found it in an antique shop the bad times started when my cat clawed it. The chairs made out of leather, the frame is in fantastic shape, it does need to be reupholstered. If you could live with it the way it is you&#39;ll love it because it&#39;s soft, comfortable, and really does set the atmosphere for a room.

The house that I live in has been my family home for over 63 years. In that time we've seen all kinds of things come and go, but the very first piece of furniture that my parents purchased was this Hall seat. It has sat and being used in this place for 63 years. It breaks my heart to have to get rid of this piece. It's 7 ft tall by 17 in deep by 37 in wide. It's beautifully hand carved wood, it's at least 150 years old, and the price tag on it says 525 which I believe is what they purchased it for all those years ago. I would love it to go to a great home, and I hope that anybody who gets it will enjoy it as much as our family has.
