Lot #21: Antique hall seat

The house that I live in has been my family home for over 63 years. In that time we've seen all kinds of things come and go, but the very first piece of furniture that my parents purchased was this Hall seat. It has sat and being used in this place for 63 years. It breaks my heart to have to get rid of this piece. It's 7 ft tall by 17 in deep by 37 in wide. It's beautifully hand carved wood, it's at least 150 years old, and the price tag on it says 525 which I believe is what they purchased it for all those years ago. I would love it to go to a great home, and I hope that anybody who gets it will enjoy it as much as our family has. Pickup category timeslot {A}
