Vintage Black doll measuring approximately 12” tall, marked HONG KONG on the body. Features a molded black composition/plastic body with detailed molded hair, painted facial features, striking amber/gold eyes and gold-tone hoop earrings. Dressed in a charming vintage red and white polka-dot two-piece outfit with white lace trim.

Vintage Black dolls such as this are less commonly encountered than the Caucasian dolls produced in large numbers during this period, making this an interesting piece for collectors of vintage dolls, Black memorabilia and mid-century toys.
