New in damaged box. Instructions for use Cooling Pad: This mattress topper features a breathable cooling system to help alleviate night sweats and keep you cool while you sleep. Hand Washable: The cotton material is easy to clean by hand washing for convenience and to keep your mattress pad fresh. Adult Size: This twin size mattress topper measures 39 inches wide by 75 inches long, making it ideal for adult use. Breathable Material: Made from 100% cotton, this cooling pad allows air to circulate around your body for a more comfortable sleep. Tie Closure: The mattress topper has a tie closure that secures it in place while you sleep. -Fill the water tank until you see the fill line gauge show that the water level is near the max fill line. -Plug in the Mattress Cooler and power on. The default setting will be the coldest so to make the mattress pad less cool you will need to adjust the fan and pump settings. F1 is High Fan, F4 is the lowest fan setting. D1 is continuous pump, D2 and D3 have timed pumping with D2 being the shortest pump cycle. D4 is pump only and no fan, the least cold setting. -To improve cooling, you need to clean the filter and unit regularly, usually about once every 2 weeks. Also you can add up to 1/8 tsp (not much at all) of laundry bleach to the water to reduce the risk of growth in the system. NOTE: If the current setting doesn't achieve the cooling effect you need, you can try switching from room temperature water to ice water. -Press "on". If you get an E1 error, turn off the cooler, add water, then power on. -The main unit needs to be placed parallel or above the mattress to avoid backflow leaks. -If leakage occurs at the bottom of the tank, the drain plug may be loose or missing, just replace it. Purchase Precautions As the host is non-enclosed, the fan rotation process will have some small noise, generally does not affect the sleep, but sensitive to the sound of the person to buy with caution.
