This mixed maker play-set or display collection features a diverse group of early iron heads and a beautiful classic wood. - Antique late 1900s to the 1920s - Club Lineup & Cleek Marks Included: MacGregor "Edgemont" Mashie – Featuring a classic dotted/lined face pattern. "Genuine Royal" Mashie – Stamped with distinct dual crown/shield maker marks. "Carnoustie" Iron – Stamped "Warranted Hand Forged / Made in Scotland" with a star/cleek mark. Anderson Anstruther Mashie – Featuring an arrow cleek mark pointing to the heel and stamped "Made in Scotland". Classic Persimmon Wood Driver/Brassie – Featuring a traditional lead back-weight, a brass soleplate, and a classic wrapped neck. Three additional vintage wood-shafted irons featuring distinct period face scorings (lined and dotted patterns) - The set is in good antique condition with a gorgeous aged patina. - The forged iron heads show normal surface oxidation and pitting consistent with their 100+ year age.
