Travelling from coast to coast, Coucill documented Canada through beautifully detailed watercolours and distinctive pen-and-ink studies. His celebrated “Landmarks of Canada” imagery captured pioneer buildings, rural barns, pristine snowscapes, and coastal communities—preserving the country’s architectural and natural heritage with remarkable sensitivity.
