Iconic Canadian mid-century modern “Scoop” lounge chair by R. Huber & Co. of Toronto, circa 1960s. Features the model’s distinctive deep tufted scoop-form upholstered seat supported by a sculptural solid teak frame with sweeping arms. Approximately 36&#34; high and 30&#34; wide.

Very attractive vintage example with some age-related wear. Evidence of an older glue repair at the underside/cross-member area, as pictured. The repair is not readily noticeable when the chair is upright and does not affect normal function.
