- Matching pair of Clyde Cole Historic English Inn lithograph print decorative wall plaques produced by the renowned Peter Watson Studio (Detroit, Michigan). - Features the "The New Inn in Gloucester, England" and "The Red Lion Inn, Colchester" - Both prints are beautifully presented under their original convex bubble glass, which adds an elegant sense of depth and dimension to the scenes. - They are securely housed in matching round, reddish-brown composite frames. - The reverse sides retain the authentic stamped mark of the Peter Watson Studio, alongside handwritten model/catalog numbering - Vintage 1940s - Good vintage condition consistent with age. Prints remain clear with vibrant colors under the glass. Minor edge wear on the circular frames and light age-toning on the backing material.
