L&L Econo Electric Top-Loading Pottery/Ceramic Kiln

Certificate of authenticity.  Approximately 80-90 years old. 
The design in the emblem of the fish indicates this is specifically used by the females of the chieftain of the area Mirzapur which borders the central India. This type of style of the collarbone clavicle necklace was a custom circa 1850. Metal is not stamped silver.
