Gorgeous still life lithograph entitled "The Patio" by Sandra Lawrence, signed in pencil by the artist. This is an Artist's Proof (A/P) which is the first in a limited edition series, made by the artist. The print itself is in beautiful shape, lovely frame, but there is a little light staining on the white mat. Should be easy to replace the mat at a framer, or just leave as is. Frame is 32" x 26" and the visible litho is approx 25" by 19 1/2".

From Pandemonium San Francisco comes this funny tote bag designed to look like an old potato sack. From the label I would estimate it to be 1960s or early 1970s. 14" x 18", A few tiny holes but nothing very noticeable.

Original Painting by Emma Hesse, 25 /12 by 32 1/2" frame, painted panel is 30" x 24". Signed by the artist lower right. This is an original painting, not a reproduction.

Originally from Niagara Falls, Emma Hesse studied at the Ontario College of Art. In 1990, she moved to a farm near Peterborough, Ontario, where she paints images that are both constant and have personal significance for her. Much of Emma's inspiration comes from the interior space and the natural light in her century farm house. She has participated in numerous exhibitions throughout Canada and the US. Her paintings are reproduced on the covers of several novels published by McClelland and Stewart, including The Underpainter by Jane Urquhart, and three works by Margaret Drabble. Her paintings are included in collections both in North America and abroad.
