Vintage Hitachi Chime-O-Matic automatic food steamer and rice cooker, model RD-6103, made in Japan. 10-cup / 1.8 L capacity, 120V, 600W. Features cook and automatic keep-warm settings and was designed for cooking rice as well as steaming vegetables and meats and preparing desserts. Includes the original box, inner cooking pot, lid, steaming insert/tray, measuring cup, power cord, instruction materials and limited warranty paperwork as shown. Also includes the original dated purchase invoice from January 23, 1984, documenting this RD-6103 rice cooker at its original price of 37.70. Cooker presents cleanly for its age. Original box shows expected storage and age-related wear, including edge/corner wear and surface marks. Paperwork has age-related creasing and wear.
