Introduced in 1961 by the International Silver Company (Meriden, Connecticut), &#34;Vision&#34; is considered one of the most radical and acclaimed Mid-Century Modern flatware patterns ever produced by a major American silver manufacturer. Featured in the seminal design reference Modernism in American Silver by Jewel Stern, it was marketed as a futuristic line &#34;shaped proud and pure for a skyward age.&#34; Set consists of items shown including 12 place settings of two forks, a knife, and a spoon, with 12 additional spoons along with the serving pieces shown.  For the solid pieces: 5 lbs equals 2268 grams and for the knives: 1lb 14oz equals 517 grams. Please note knife handles appear to be Sterling with no weighted clay. Blades are stainless.
