The extra time lets your athlete explore patterns in how they think, feel and behave, then build tools and skills that fit them and their goals. They can work on confidence, focus, motivation and handling pressure, with time to practise, review progress and strengthen habits. Sessions can be spaced through the season so your athlete has support as new challenges arise. Build Better Humans helps athletes develop mental tools and skills for life through sport, while supporting the parents and coaches around them. Because your child deserves more than a trophy! Terms and conditions: Includes ten private online sessions of 50 minutes each. Sessions are booked by appointment, based on consultant availability.
