He's supposed to talk but I couldn't make it work right. Maybe my battery was dead??
He takes a C-Cell battery, but again, I'm not sure that part works.
Alf premiered Sept. 22, 1986, so that being 40 years ago, makes him vintage. He will need a light cleaning from being stored, but otherwise he's in pretty good condition with no tears or wear.

Ladysmith (British Columbia, Canada) SELLER MANAGED Estate Sale Online Auction - Thomas Road (STORAGE)

material

motif

Gold-tone metal eagle pendant with integrated bail, textured three-dimensional feather detail, unmarked, presumed gold-plated, wingspan approx. 3 cm, no chain included

gold-plated eagle pendant

Pendant beside Canadian quarter for scale

Angled view showing thickness and texture of wings

Bright gold colour, finely detailed feathers and talons, 3-D form, smooth reverse, solid bail opening

Gold-Plated Eagle Pendant

It's hard to believe it's not solid gold with it looking this flawless after the 34+ years that I've owned it.
The quarter is to show the size of this Eagle Pendant and I tried to show the 3D in the last photo.
To the best of my knowledge it's "Gold Plated" and I cannot find any stamp to say otherwise. There is something that could be a stamp/marking on the inside of the ring part, but I cannot see it clearly enough.
I'm saying it's "Gold-Plated" because if it was "Gold-Filled" it would be tarnished, which as you can see in the photos, it's definitely not tarnished.
It's definitely shiny and gold-looking, and I didn't clean it or do anything to it before taking these photos, it just looks great as it is.
