Lot #258: French Provincial Style Round Two-Tier Table – Burl-Look Top & Carved Floral Detail

Ornate round two-tier accent table featuring a richly figured burl-look wood top contrasted with a distressed cream and warm gold-tone base. The open lower tier is framed by decorative carved floral and scrollwork panels, with curved cabriole-style legs and scrolling feet. The combination of the dark figured top, antiqued painted finish and carved botanical detailing gives the piece a French Provincial-inspired, traditional look. The lower shelf provides additional display or storage space. Condition: Pre-owned condition with visible age and use-related wear throughout. The tabletop has scratches, scuffs, finish wear and several areas of chipping/loss, particularly along the edges. The painted base and lower shelf show additional scratches, marks, small chips and distressed finish wear. Some of the antiqued appearance appears intentional to the original finish, with additional wear from use.
