Many of them have additional decoration with tiny beads, glitter or paint. They are beautiful and there is a total of about thirty eggs. Some duplicates exist. This has a published date of 1957. Many of the hallmarks for a first edition are met but the price on the inside cover should say 2.50 if it was a first edition. The price on this copy is 2.95.
