Lot #90: Rare Katherine’s Collection Wayne Kleski Jester/Elf Clock Doll – 36”

Impressive, oversized collectible jester doll from Katherine’s Collection, designed by Wayne M. Kleski. Measuring approximately 36 inches long, this is the largest-format version of this retired and difficult-to-find design. Features an wonderfully expressive sculpted resin face and hands, elaborate gold and black brocade costume, embellished jester hat with bells, curled shoes and a decorative clock-face compartment that opens to reveal a hidden heart pendant. Beautiful detailing throughout, including metallic fabrics, ornate trims and embroidered accents. The clock face is decorative, not a functioning timepiece. Good vintage collectible condition overall, with some age-related wear and light fabric discolouration, on the legs where there is also a 2” seam repair. Please examine photos carefully for condition and details. A striking, whimsical statement piece for collectors of Katherine’s Collection, designer dolls and theatrical décor. Definitely not your average elf! Pickup category timeslot {A}
