Lot #275: 5 Vintage Don Quixote De La Mancha Carved Figurine Sculptures OURO Spain

This impressive collection features five vintage, hand-carved wooden figurines depicting Don Quixote, meticulously crafted in Spain by the renowned artisan workshop OURO. The set showcases the iconic literary hero in five distinct sizes, arranged in a striking visual graduation from the smallest to the tallest figure. Each carving beautifully captures the gaunt, elongated silhouette and contemplative expression characteristic of Miguel de Cervantes' legendary knight-errant. The figures are carved from rich wood, displaying a range of warm tones and varying levels of detailed finish, from deeply stained, expressive dark woods to lighter, natural grain finishes. Every piece stands securely on its own integrated wooden base, with several retaining the distinctive stylized features and classic attributes, such as books and armor, that OURO carvings are highly celebrated for.
