Brass Tray Top Bar Cart with Black Iron Folding Stand

This striking pedestal side table showcases the enduring elegance of chinoiserie decoration — a Western interpretation of East Asian artistic traditions that was enormously fashionable in Victorian and Edwardian parlors. The black lacquered top features hand-painted or stenciled gold botanical and figural motifs including flowering branches, birds, and delicate latticework, all hallmarks of the japanned furniture tradition popularized in 18th and 19th century England and America.

The table rests on a beautifully turned central pedestal with acanthus leaf detailing at the collar, supported by a dramatic four-leg scrolled base with curved feet — a form reminiscent of late Victorian and Edwardian parlor furniture designed for displaying decorative objects or as a lamp table beside a settee. The combination of wrought-style ironwork base and painted wooden top suggests either a quality period piece or a well-executed early 20th century reproduction in the antique style.

Chinoiserie furniture of this character is perennially sought by collectors of Victorian décor, maximalist interior designers, and lovers of the 'dark academia' and Gothic aesthetic. This table would be a commanding accent piece in a library, bedroom, or formal sitting room, and its worn patina only adds to its authentic antique charm.

Significant crazing and wear to the lacquered chinoiserie surface on top; gold stencil/painted decoration is faded and scratched throughout; base shows paint loss and wear but structure appears solid; overall patina consistent with age

A stunning and cohesive set of six antique English broadside sheet music prints, each professionally framed with gold-tone frames and rich black matting. These engravings depict classic 18th-century English songs and ballads, complete with ornate illustrative vignettes at the top of each piece — featuring scenes of Georgian-era figures in period dress, tavern settings, and pastoral landscapes rendered in fine engraving detail.

The prints include titles such as 'The Continental Farmer,' 'The Thrifty Spouse,' and other period ballads, each presented with full musical notation in period calligraphic style alongside lyric verses. The illustrative headers are characteristic of the London broadside print tradition, likely produced between 1740–1790, a golden era for popular song publishing in England.

This is a rare opportunity to acquire a matched decorative set with strong provenance appeal — perfect for a Georgian or Colonial-themed interior, a music room, a library, or as a serious addition to a collection of 18th-century English ephemera and printed music history. The uniformity of the framing makes them ideal for a gallery wall display.

Prints appear clean with no visible foxing or major discoloration. Frames show minor wear consistent with age. Black matting is uniform. One or two frames may have slight scuffing on gold trim.

A captivating example of 19th-century European folk art tradition, this hand-carved and painted wooden sleigh features an elegantly dressed lady figurine seated at the front with a small dog companion — a hallmark motif of aristocratic winter leisure culture of the period. The combination of painted wood construction with ornate wrought iron scroll hardware reflects the skilled craftsmanship of Central or Eastern European toy and decorative arts workshops, likely dating to the mid-to-late 1800s.

The sleigh retains its original green painted interior and exterior with traces of floral decoration along the sides, typical of Alpine or Germanic decorative painting traditions. The carved figural driver with her upswept hair and red dress adds extraordinary charm and rarity to this piece.

Items of this type are increasingly sought after by collectors of antique toys, folk art, and winter Americana and Europeanica. The swept runner base and curling iron footrest and handle are beautifully proportioned, suggesting this may have originally been a display or presentation piece rather than a functional child's toy.

Paint heavily worn and faded throughout; metal hardware shows patina and age; figurine intact but paint loss visible on dress and face; wooden body structurally sound with expected age wear

Andrea by Sadek Bisque Putti Figurines & Floral Frame

This charming pair of white bisque porcelain putti figurines exemplifies the romantic European decorative tradition of cherubic figures rendered in unglazed bisque porcelain. Each cherub is depicted in a playful, naturalistic pose — one cradling a small animal or floral element, the other holding birds — both mounted on elegantly ribbed round bases accented with fine gold gilt trim detailing.

The style is consistent with late 19th to early 20th century Continental European porcelain traditions, reminiscent of pieces produced in France, Germany, or Italy during the height of the Victorian and Edwardian decorative arts movements. The soft matte white finish of the bisque bodies contrasts beautifully with the polished glazed bases, a hallmark of quality decorative porcelain from this era.

This matched pair would make a stunning display in a classical, Victorian, French country, or traditional interior. They are equally at home on a mantle, bookshelf, or curio cabinet and represent a timeless collecting category with enduring appeal among lovers of antique European decorative arts.

Condition: Good — Both figurines appear intact with no visible chips or cracks. Minor surface discoloration on one base. Gold trim on bases shows slight wear. Overall well-preserved for age.
