Bodo Hennig was one of the most prominent and respected names in high-end West German dollhouse miniature manufacturing. Founded in the mid-20th century in Wildpoldsried, Germany, the company became legendary among collectors between the 1960s and 1990s for creating meticulously detailed, 1:12 scale wooden furniture and working utility appliances. Unlike cheap mass-produced plastic toys of the era, Bodo Hennig products focused heavily on realism, utilizing fine natural woods (like beech and pine), operational tiny metal hinges, and authentic cultural details. The brand is celebrated for preserving traditional German domestic designs in miniature form, which makes its discontinued pieces highly collectible today. Pickup category timeslot {A}
