Beautifully carved African palaver chair, carved from solid wood, purchased new at Ten Thousand Villages. It consists of two pieces and is easily assembled and disassembled by sliding the seat through the slot in the main piece. You can easily disassemble it to store it away when you're not using it, but more likely you'll want to keep it on display because it is a beautiful piece of African Art. We loved it, but no place to put it in our new place.
