Each silkscreen print is an original and unique artwork!In 1975, Brian Marion began a nine year apprenticeship with Norval Morrisseau, considered to be the Father of the Canadian Woodland art. According to Morrisseau, "During those years of training, Brian learned both the spiritualism of the Ojibway culture and the techniques of Shaman art."Brian Marion is a Canadian Aboriginal artist, born October 6th, 1960 in Kamsack, Saskatchewan. Growing up amongst the Saulteaux and Cree of the Prairies until he was fifteen, Brian then moved to Ontario to live with the Ojibway of the Northern Woodland Region.Brian utilizes both the spiritualism of the Ojibway culture and the technique of the Shaman art in his paintings, applying color to forms that are derived in part from the ancient pictographs still found in the central region of Canada.Brians paintings are acrylic on canvas, paper and birch bark. His work is featured in private and corporate collections, including the collection of the Prime Minister of Canada. Come to pickup at Category A time-slot.

Picking up your new treasures should be just as easy as bidding on them! For a smooth pickup experience, keep these tips in mind:

2. For invoices over $300, you will need to show a photo ID and credit card used for purchase for verification.
3. If you have any questions at pickup you can always ask our Maxsold Team Lead or the Seller managing the pickup.
Time slots are listed in the description and often at end of title. Please come to the later time if you have multiple category time slots, but arrive with enough time to pack and move your items before the doors close. By departing from the site you agree that you have all the correct items and are satisfied with them. Before leaving the site you must discuss any issues with MaxSold team lead (for MaxSold managed sales) or the Seller/Representative (for Seller Managed sales where no Maxsold personnel are present)

Policies for Pickup
Pickup time windows are fixed and limited. You will be required to select a pickup window prior to the auction pickup. Please be sure to select a time slot that you are certain you will be able to attend. Alternate pickup times may or may not be accommodated and if accommodated may result in additional fees.
Claims for refunds can be made only in certain limited circumstances. Where an error in the lot description has occurred on an item you purchased, let the seller (or their representative) know immediately upon pickup so that it may be rectified. Except for limited circumstances, refunds are subject to processing fees.
Maxsold does not arrange shipping; however, you can make your own arrangements at your own risk.
Current bids cannot be changed or removed once submitted and each one is a promise that you will honour the bid and all the terms.
