- all decor items were bought new and used for staging of the house for showings. it was laid out a few times and always kept in a closet including 6 wine glasses and 12 pure white flat dishes were never used for food.- the inflatable santa got it only last winte- vases (1 glass & 1 porcellane) and flowers are all a couple of months old, only used for staging of the house.- placement mats 6 in number only used for staging.- ornaments, photo frames, candles, mirror, tables runners (3 golden colour) all are brand new only used for staging.- clocks are 2 years old.- Islamic canvases are 2 years old originally from Dubai.- table sheet cover set (6 pieces: 1 long, 4 medium and a matching tissue box cover).- small sized christmas tree (50 cm high), with many ornaments, 2 blinking christmas light wires (5 & 7 meters long respectively) and a christmas solder all in a green bag. Come to pickup at Category C time-slot.

Picking up your new treasures should be just as easy as bidding on them! For a smooth pickup experience, keep these tips in mind:

2. For invoices over $300, you will need to show a photo ID and credit card used for purchase for verification.

Please come to the later time if you have multiple category time slots, but arrive with enough time to pack and move your items before the doors close. By departing from the site you agree that you have all the correct items and are satisfied with them. Before leaving the site you must discuss any issues with MaxSold team lead (for MaxSold managed sales) or the Seller/Representative (for Seller Managed sales where no Maxsold personnel are present).

Policies for Pickup
Pickup time windows are fixed and limited. You will be required to select a pickup window prior to the auction pickup. Please be sure to select a time slot that you are certain you will be able to attend. Alternate pickup times may or may not be accommodated and if accommodated may result in additional fees.
Claims for refunds can be made only in certain limited circumstances. Where an error in the lot description has occurred on an item you purchased, let the seller (or their representative) know immediately upon pickup so that it may be rectified. Except for limited circumstances, refunds are subject to processing fees.
MaxSold does not arrange shipping; however, you can make your own arrangements at your own risk.
Current bids cannot be changed or removed once submitted and each one is a promise that you will honour the bid and all the terms.
