MSRP: $285 Includes 1 hour physiotherapy assessment and 3 follow up treatments (excludes fit for golf, concussion and paediatric specialties). Physiotherapists are regulated health professionals, expert in assessing, diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions. At Georgina Physiotherapy you will experience a thorough (approximately 1 hour) assessment to determine the cause(s) of your aches and pains. We will educate you about your injury and design the best treatment program for you during this initial visit. Follow-up treatment sessions are approximately 30 minutes, one-on-one with your physiotherapist. Manual therapy techniques, personalized exercise prescription and injury prevention education are all used to optimize your recovery. Whether your injury is sports-related, a hurt back from shovelling, a car or work accident, or just a nagging neck-ache that won't go away, we will get to the root of the problem and help you get back on your feet. NO SPECIALIZED SERVICES (PAEDIATRIC, GOLF CONCUSSION). Georgina Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Clinic was established in March 2012 by a husband and wife team of Physiotherapists. As residents of the Georgina community since 2003, when they graduated from the University of Western Ontario with their Physiotherapy degrees, Sean Hercun and Andrea Harrison-Hercun decided to open a practice in their community. You can be assured that you will receive high-quality, one-on-one treatment, including manual therapy, personalised exercise prescription and injury prevention education. One hour assessments and 30 minute treatment sessions provide us with the opportunity to properly assess your injury and design the most effective treatment program to assist you in your recovery. The new clinic location opened in January 2017 and we are proud to be a part of the Uptown Keswick Business Improvement Association as well as the Georgina Chamber of Commerce. No cash value. Winning bidders will be contacted within 72 hours of the auction closing date with information on how to claim their items.

Picking up your new treasures should be just as easy as bidding on them! For a smooth pickup experience, keep these tips in mind:
1. Double-check that you have everything from the lots you've won before you leave the pickup location.
2. For invoices over $300, you will need to show a photo ID and credit card used for purchase for verification.
3. If you have any questions at pickup you can always ask our Maxsold Team Lead or the Seller managing the pickup.
Only Available Pickup Date/Time: Please see individual lot descriptions for pickup information including location as required. Please ensure your home address and email is up to date if you purchase any items that are being shipped/emailed by the seller.
Policies for Pickup
1. Buyers MUST show a copy of your PAID INVOICE (either paper or on your phone).
2. All buyers with invoices over $300 must be prepared to show a photo ID and the credit card used on file before items will be released.
3. No small children or animals are allowed on site, as moving furniture and heavy items can be dangerous.Â
4. Washrooms are not available for use.
5. By departing from the site, you agree that you have all the correct items and are satisfied with them. Before leaving the site please discuss any issues with the MaxSold team lead or the Seller/Representative (for Seller Managed Sales where no MaxSold staff are present).
6. MaxSold team members do not have packing materials and are not allowed to carry or load your purchased items. Please have adequate supplies and help to safely remove your purchases.
Buyers MUST wear a MASK if required by your local health and safety guidelines.

Policies for Pickup
Pickup time windows are fixed and limited. You will be required to select a pickup window prior to the auction pickup. Please be sure to select a time slot that you are certain you will be able to attend. Alternate pickup times may or may not be accommodated and if accommodated may result in additional fees.
Claims for refunds can be made only in certain limited circumstances. Where an error in the lot description has occurred on an item you purchased, let the seller (or their representative) know immediately upon pickup so that it may be rectified. Except for limited circumstances, refunds are subject to processing fees.
MaxSold does not arrange shipping; however, you can make your own arrangements at your own risk.
Current bids cannot be changed or removed once submitted and each one is a promise that you will honour the bid and all the terms.
