(1) A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens. The dedication shows that it was given to Samuel Cornell, who was a Phoenixville resident, for Christmas in 1912. 4.25" by 6.25" by 0.75". Condition: Falling apart.
(2) The Signs in the Christmas Fire by William Allen Knight. Copyright 1907. 5" by 8" by 0.25". Condition: Worn dust jacket and front board starting to come loose but is intact.
(3) Field Book of American Trees and Shrubs by F. Schuyler Mathews. Copyright 1915. 4" by 7" by 1". Condition: Worn dust jacket; dedication in front; inside is in very good condition.
(4) The Phonographic Amanuensis by Jerome Howard (The American System of Shorthand), Revised Edition, 1929. The preface is by Benn Pittman. 5" by 7" by 0.5". Condition: The blank page in the front appears to be missing.
(5) Birthday and Autograph Album by Henry T. Clauder, 1870. One name in this book is Beulah A. Oliphant, January 28, 1857.  Another is Philipp Ernst Luders, March 20, 1885. Size is 5" by 7.5" by 1". Condition: Worn cover, many loose pages and some writing inside.
(6) Rip Van Winkle by Washington Irving with 46 illustrations. Copyright 1900. 5" by 6.75" by 0.75". Condition: Boards falling off.
(7) The New Winston Second Reader, 1929. 5.25" by 7.5 by 0.75". Condition: Worn.
(8) Sanders School Reader, Fourth Book, dated 1860, 5" by 7" by 1". Belonged to an Alfred Henry in 1862. Condition: Worn; appears to have some pages missing in the front and back. Still, this 1860 book, which is more than 160 years old is hard to acquire.

2. For invoices over $300, you will need to show a photo ID and credit card used for purchase for verification.

Policies for Pickup

1. Buyers MUST show a copy of your PAID INVOICE (either paper or on your phone).
2. All buyers with invoices over $300 must be prepared to show a photo ID and the credit card used on file before items will be released.
3. No small children or animals are allowed on site, as moving furniture and heavy items can be dangerous. 
4. Washrooms are not available for use.
5. By departing from the site, you agree that you have all the correct items and are satisfied with them. Before leaving the site please discuss any issues with the MaxSold team lead or the Seller/Representative (for Seller Managed Sales where no MaxSold staff are present).
6. MaxSold team members do not have packing materials and are not allowed to carry or load your purchased items. Please have adequate supplies and help to safely remove your purchases.

Buyers MUST wear a MASK if required by your local health and safety guidelines.
