Picking up your new treasures should be just as easy as bidding on them! For a smooth pickup experience, keep these tips in mind:
1. Double-check that you have everything from the lots you've won before you leave the pickup location.
2. For invoices over $300, you will need to show a photo ID and credit card used for purchase for verification.
3. If you have any questions at pickup you can always ask our Maxsold Team Lead or the Seller managing the pickup.

Shipping Policy
Shipping eligible items are shipped via USPS or UPS within 4 days after PayPal payment for shipping has cleared. NOTE - NOT ALL AUCTION ITEMS ARE SHIPPING ELIGIBLE. The shipping fee includes shipping, handling, and insurance. US Shipping only. Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
FREE SHIPPING-Handling-Insurance for invoices that total over $250. (Shipping eligible items only).
Otherwise - Shipping/Handling/Insurance fees for shipping eligible items are the cost of shipping plus $10 for handling.
Items that are NOT ELIGIBLE for shipping cannot be sent with eligible items and must be picked up during normal pickup times.
Shipping fees MUST be paid to WorthPoint separately from your item payment.
After buyers have won the items, MaxSold will release the contact information of the WorthPoint Customer Experience Lab. The buyers are responsible for contacting them directly to arrange this service. Shipping charges for your order will be processed directly through the WorthPoint Customer Experience Lab and will not be displayed during your MaxSold credit card checkout.
Policies for Pickup
1. Buyers MUST show a copy of your PAID INVOICE (either paper or on your phone).
2. All buyers with invoices over $300 must be prepared to show a photo ID and the credit card used on file before items will be released.
3. No small children or animals are allowed on site, as moving furniture and heavy items can be dangerous.
4. Washrooms are not available for use.
5. By departing from the site, you agree that you have all the correct items and are satisfied with them. Before leaving the site please discuss any issues with the MaxSold team lead or the Seller/Representative (for Seller Managed Sales where no MaxSold staff are present).
6. MaxSold team members do not have packing materials and are not allowed to carry or load your purchased items. Please have adequate supplies and help to safely remove your purchases.
Buyers MUST wear a MASK if required by your local health and safety guidelines.

Policies for Pickup
Pickup time windows are fixed and limited. You will be required to select a pickup window prior to the auction pickup. Please be sure to select a time slot that you are certain you will be able to attend. Alternate pickup times may or may not be accommodated and if accommodated may result in additional fees.
Claims for refunds can be made only in certain limited circumstances. Where an error in the lot description has occurred on an item you purchased, let the seller (or their representative) know immediately upon pickup so that it may be rectified. Except for limited circumstances, refunds are subject to processing fees.
MaxSold does not arrange shipping; however, you can make your own arrangements at your own risk.
Current bids cannot be changed or removed once submitted and each one is a promise that you will honour the bid and all the terms.
