Picking up your new treasures should be just as easy as bidding on them! For a smooth pickup experience, keep these tips in mind:
1. Double-check that you have everything from the lots you've won before you leave the pickup location.
2. For invoices over $300, you will need to show a photo ID and credit card used for purchase for verification.
3. If you have any questions at pickup you can always ask our Maxsold Team Lead or the Seller managing the pickup.

Shipping Policy
Buyer to contact the seller to request shipping after paying MaxSold the full bid amount. The buyer will receive an invoice from Gwen McColl for the ACTUAL cost of shipping. The invoice must be paid in full prior to shipping.
Buyer Shipping costs
BUBBLE MAILER 4x 6". $5 under 50gm and <20mm high non-breakable items only. No tracking ie: some coins, 1-2 brooches, bracelets or necklaces.
SMALL BOX. $20 under 500gm ( approx 4x5x1") No tracking
LARGE BOX. 10x12x2" $25. Under 5kg. Tracking included ie: boxed coins, jewelry lots, and multiple lots.
Multiple items can be combined to reduce shipping costs. Please email for additional shipping options prior to the end of the auction. The lowest cost to ship will be applied unless otherwise requested. Shipping via Canada Post.
Items that are NOT ELIGIBLE for shipping cannot be sent with shipping-eligible items and must be picked up during the standard pickup times.
Shipping fees MUST be paid to Gwen McColl separately from your item payment.
Buyers are responsible for contacting Gwen McColl directly to arrange this service and inspecting the items within 24 hrs after delivery. Shipping charges for your order will be processed directly through Gwen McColl and will not be displayed during your MaxSold credit card checkout.
Items will be shipped within 3 days of payment.

Policies for Pickup
1. Buyers MUST show a copy of your PAID INVOICE (either paper or on your phone).
2. All buyers with invoices over $300 must be prepared to show a photo ID and the credit card used on file before items will be released.
3. No small children or animals are allowed on site, as moving furniture and heavy items can be dangerous.
4. Washrooms are not available for use.
5. By departing from the site, you agree that you have all the correct items and are satisfied with them. Before leaving the site please discuss any issues with the MaxSold team lead or the Seller/Representative (for Seller Managed Sales where no MaxSold staff are present).
6. MaxSold team members do not have packing materials and are not allowed to carry or load your purchased items. Please have adequate supplies and help to safely remove your purchases.
Buyers MUST wear a MASK if required by your local health and safety guidelines.

Policies for Pickup
Pickup time windows are fixed and limited. You will be required to select a pickup window prior to the auction pickup. Please be sure to select a time slot that you are certain you will be able to attend. Alternate pickup times may or may not be accommodated and if accommodated may result in additional fees.
Claims for refunds can be made only in certain limited circumstances. Where an error in the lot description has occurred on an item you purchased, let the seller (or their representative) know immediately upon pickup so that it may be rectified. Except for limited circumstances, refunds are subject to processing fees.
MaxSold does not arrange shipping; however, you can make your own arrangements at your own risk.
Current bids cannot be changed or removed once submitted and each one is a promise that you will honour the bid and all the terms.
