Two fine old wooden boxes used for shipping Canadian cheese. The Harris Abattoir was a precursor of Canada Packers prior to 1927, so this lidded box is a rare bit of Toronto history. Fab pair of vintage white enamelled metal lamps with adjustable chrome arms and individual push-button on-off switches. Made in Canada by Galaxi Lighting, a Toronto-based company that made high-end products in the early 1970s. Note: These fixtures must be hard-wired into electrical boxes.
