No dovetails on this vintage MCM low dresser with round tapered legs, but still a cool piece. Very long - about 69", by 16.5  deep and 30 high. Recessed groove handle under top drawers - the other six handles are metal. In very decent shape, with just a few little scuffy areas on the top and two dings near the top: one on the front left, other at back right. Both are shown in photos with a nickel for scale. Vintage Mid Century Long Low Dresser

This glass table lamp is by German tableware manufacturer WMF popular in the 1960s, but designed in the 1930s. It has a lovely pattern in the glass, and an unfortunate shade that you will want to replace. At some point this lamp was rewired, and it is in working order, HOWEVER, the Ikora lamps actually were made with a second light, INSIDE the glass. The interior light does not come on right now, which may be because the interior base was removed during the rewire, or because the bulb burnt out. It appears the fitting that would allow that interior light to vent is still intact, so I am hopeful that a lucky buyer will be able to get the inner light glowing, with minimal effort.                 <div>Six-inch ruler shown for scale.<br></div>

Late 70s or possibly early 80s Kenmore sewing machine complete with manuals and case! Paired with a box of bobbins plus another of thread and other bits and bobs, including some that go with the machine, such as presser feet. Not tested recently, but was working when last used.

Hand-carved Blanket Chest

Cute as a button Vintage wood dresser, with large round, flat knobs. May be from as far back as the 1930s, or could be more like mid century. Its light in weight but nicely made, with solid wood drawer fronts and dovetail joints. 34 inches high, 30 wide, just a smidge over 18 inches deep. Needs a good cleaning on the outside, but in decent shape with the exception of the top which is worn and very, very slightly warped, and the base, which is pretty scratched up. These areas could fairly easily be refinished without needing to do the whole piece though - some light sanding and a bit of stain would take care of the bottom in minutes. Vintage Mid Century Modern  dishware set from Studio Meakin (JG Meakin), in Scraffito pattern These English Ironstone dishes feature a fabulous grey-on-white MCM pattern and have been used, but we count 5 coffee cups, 6 dinner plates, 7 side plates and 8 cereal bowls that are in lovely condition with just some very minimal crazing.<div><br><div>There are also 8 black Studio Meakin saucers that are not part of the Scraffito set, but were used with the coffee cups to make a striking mis-matched set. We are including these saucers with the lot. Two little vintage chrome and glass tables which are in the style of Poul Cadovius's Abstracta series for Royal System, but with a distinctly different joint. Legs have some rust that we quickly tested and found it does indeed seem to be only surface rust, so should be possible to remove with a little effort. Vintage Wedgwood Edme pattern dish set with 5 dinner plates, 5 salad plate, 6 bread and butter plates, and 6 saucers, which pair with the 5 small two-handled bowls or cups. One of the cups has just a bit of a chip in the unglazed edge on the bottom that is not noticeable at all without turning the cup over and looking closely (see picture). This timeless, cream-coloured set is pretty but not too pretty and could be used for special occasions or everyday use. The pattern was produced for more than 100 years, but the stamp on the bottom indicates these were made after 1940 and before 1970 - family recollection puts these at early 1960s. These pieces have been used infrequently over the years and are in lovely condition. There are a handful of additional chipped pieces from this set, some of which have only very minimal damage, that will be offered to the buyer as well. Please be sure to bring adequate packing material/boxes.

The couch is paired in the lot with two Victorian armchairs, which dont actually match, but all were reupholstered in the same fabric which is still in very good condition. The removable arm covers need cleaning, but they have saved the actual upholstery, and there is a bag of surplus fabric from the reupholster that could be of use.  They all look rather lumpy as all three seem to have feather seat cushions and are actually quite comfortable.
