The author of these books was Thomas Clarkson who regarded the slave trade as evil. This lot include both volumes, dated 1808. Hardbacks. Volume 1 (23 chapters) is 455 pages. Volume 2 (ten chapters) is 468 pages. The chapters are listed at the end of volume 2. It includes the foldout of the evil slave ship although it is torn. There is also a second foldout showing those in the anti-slavery movement. Two of Richard Nixons grandchildren were born in the Phoenixville Hospital, and he saw them in Phoenixville, PA. Thus, this brochure dates to the early 1980s. Also included in this lot is a candid photograph of him which was inside the four-page Phoenixville Hospital brochure, but it does not state when or where it was taken. The proof coin with a black plastic stand has a diameter of 1.5". It has three settings by a switch hinden underneath it stomach: (1) on, (2) mute, and (3) off.
