Information about Charles Harmann is as illusive as the man himself. 27 of his works are displayed in the Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Centre Museum. But the only way to see them (besides travelling to Yellowknife) is to search for Charles Harrman on their website. There is barely any online presence of Charles Harrman and I would bet thats the way he would like it. Charles was an engineer in New York who retired to Fort Rae/Behchoko NWT near Yellowknife.
