Beautiful Alice Burton mixed media art. The depth of colours and mediums is lovely. In excellent condition, no excessive wear to frame or glass. It looks like the inside board of the art is slightly coming away from the frame. I didn't want to open it up and put it back, but I'm sure it would be an easy fix. Original gallery sticker cost of&nbsp;$3000 featured on the back, as well as gallery info. This is a very heavy piece, weighing just over 14 pounds. This basket is in unbelievably rare condition. It's over 100 years old. Was passed down 3 generations. I have tried to do some research, my best guess is Passamaquoddy Sea Urchin basket from the late 1800's. Even if it's not that specific tribe, it's definitely from the same era.
