Lot #326: Lot 36: 6-Seater L-Shaped Gazebo with brand new Rain Protection Sheets & brand new pillows – Pickup Coordination Available, Fire Pit Sold Separately

The gazebo measures 85" x 85" x 85" and comfortably seats six in an L-shaped configuration. Purchased from Lowes and professionally installed, it is a wonderful addition to any backyard, perfect for both summer and winter activities. The gazebo comes with rain protection sheets (stored separately and in brand-new condition). The structure itself remains in excellent condition, although the cushions were left outside and are currently covered in snow. To compensate, I am including a set of brand-new, colorful pillows (never used) for free shown in the last picture.

Please note: The fire pit shown in the photos is not included but is available for purchase in a separate lot. If needed, I can extend pickup hours to accommodate transportation arrangements.

This gazebo is a fantastic upgrade to your outdoor space. It has provided me with many memorable moments, especially on colder days with the fire pit, but I havent used it much recently. Its now ready to bring warmth and charm to your backyardjust buy it and enjoy!

Important Pickup Terms for Large Outdoor Items

Dimensions and Transportation

The gazebo is large (85" on each side). While it can be disassembled, doing so requires adequate tools, expertise, and a large vehicle for transport.

Weather and Ground Conditions

The ground is frozen, and outdoor temperatures are very cold (-10C to -20C). To make the removal process easier, you may need to bring salt to soften the soil underneath the structure and shovels to loosen any frozen components. If the weather is warm enough on the pickup day, you should be able to disassemble the gazebo and carry its parts to your truck or larger vehicle without too much hassle.

Help Required

You must bring at least three strong individuals to assist with removal. Casual help (e.g., general household assistance) may not be sufficient for this task.

Pickup Deadlines

The scheduled pickup day is January 30, 2025.

If necessary, alternate arrangements for pickup can be requested, subject to coordination with MaxSold and the seller. However, assistance from the seller will not be guaranteed after the scheduled pickup date.

The final deadline for pickup is January 30, 2025, by early afternoon.

Final Notes

While the gazebo is currently set up, you can temporarily store it in your backyard until warmer weather allows for proper installation on a base. The final setup will be worth the effort!
