Honestly, I don't remember if the remote was in the lot, but the likelihood is that is there. We test everything to see if it at least turns on.  That said, everything is unplugged and ready to roll out and no one will be able to test things on the pickup day. This is a very small driveway on a narrow rural road, and we have to keep everybody moving quickly.
