Large Georgian George III mahogany chest on chest with original brass handles and bracket feet. Measures 72" tall x 19.5" deep x 40.5" wide. Some wear and damage to wood consistent with age.

Two-piece chest on chest made of richly grained mahogany wood with a deep reddish-brown finish. Upper section features a dentil cornice molding at the top, two short drawers over three long drawers, each drawer fitted with original round brass handles and keyholes. The lower section consists of three long graduated drawers also with original brass handles and escutcheons. Original bracket feet support the base. Visible signs of wear include corner and base scuffs, surface scratches, and some wood loss at lower bracket feet and side edges. The piece also contains a hidden pull-out shelf between upper and lower sections.
