Midcentury china baby doll approx. 13 inches tall with a rotating head that shifts between three facial expressions: sleeping, happy, and grumpy. Dressed in a white outfit with blue trim and lace sleeves, and a bonnet. Condition is good with a visible black mark on the happy face. Hands and feet intact. Zipper closure at back.

The doll features a glazed china head with three different facial expressions that rotate: a sleeping face with closed eyes and pursed lips, a happy face with open eyes and red lips, and a grumpy face with an open mouth showing teeth. The doll wears a soft white textured one-piece gown with light blue ruffled trim running vertically down the front and lace detailing on the long sleeves. Pink ribbons tie at the wrists. A white bonnet frames the doll's head. The head attaches to a cloth body and a zipper is visible on the back of the outfit. The doll has a black spot mark on the happy face area, possibly removable.

This doll's head rotates from sleeping to happy to grumpy.&nbsp; Probably midcentury made for the variety stores like Kresge's and Woolworth's.&nbsp; Try and date it between the&nbsp; advent of brushed nylon nighties and velcro.
