Lot #36: Vintage Police Belt Buckles

Two vintage law enforcement belt buckles. The first is a commemorative Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) belt buckle celebrating the 50th anniversary of the RCMP Police Dog Service, spanning from 1935 to 1985. Design Elements: RCMP Crest -The red circle features the official badge of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, characterized by a bison head surrounded by a blue garter with the motto "Maintiens le Droit" (Maintain the Right). The blue circle displays the number "50" overlaid with the silhouette of a German Shepherd, the primary breed used by the service. The years 1935 and 1985 are inscribed below the dog. Composition: This buckle is made of brass with a polished gold-colored finish and colorful enamel detailing.
