Picking up your new treasures should be just as easy as bidding on them! For a smooth pickup experience, keep these tips in mind:
1. Double-check that you have everything from the lots you've won before you leave the pickup location.
2. For invoices over $300, you will need to show a photo ID and credit card used for purchase for verification.
3. If you have any questions at pickup you can always ask our Maxsold Team Lead or the Seller managing the pickup.
Category A: 12 PM to 3 PM
Category B: 3 PM to 5:30 PM
Category C: 5:30 PM to 7 PM
Please review the evolving COVID-19 FAQ’s prior to planning your pickup to ensure you are adequately prepared. Do not attend pickup if you are supposed to be self isolating:

Be prepared for pickup categories and times to be strictly enforced to support social distancing and the overall health and safety of everyone involved.
Your Pickup Categories are listed in the description and often at the end of title. Please come to the latest one if you have purchases in multiple categories, but arrive with enough time to pack and move your items before the doors close.
Before leaving the site you must discuss any issues with MaxSold team lead (for MaxSold managed sales) or the Seller/Representative (for Seller Managed sales where no Maxsold personnel are present) as departing from the site otherwise means you agree that you have all the correct items and are satisfied with them.
