Picking up your new treasures should be just as easy as bidding on them! For a smooth pickup experience, keep these tips in mind:
1. Double-check that you have everything from the lots you've won before you leave the pickup location.
2. For invoices over $300, you will need to show a photo ID and credit card used for purchase for verification.
3. If you have any questions at pickup you can always ask our Maxsold Team Lead or the Seller managing the pickup.

NOTE: All buyers with invoices over $300 must be prepared to show photo ID and the credit card used on file before items will be released. Please contact [email protected] or 877-257-7799x1 if you have questions about this.
By departing from the site you agree that you have all the correct items and are satisfied with them. Before leaving the site you must discuss any issues with MaxSold team lead (for MaxSold managed sales) or the Seller/Representative (for Seller Managed sales where no Maxsold staff are present).

PLEASE NOTE that we can not arrange alternate pick up days or times, the only option is as scheduled above. If needed you can send a friend to pick up for you with a copy of your invoice.
