Description: A wonderful mid-century print of Eglise de Stains (Stains Church in Seine, France) by Maurice Utrillo. Color is very nice. The image appears to be a photo reproduction as the original paintings textures can be seen upon close inspection. Stamped in Verso with a date of January 19, 1951.
Artist: Maurice Utrillo (1883 - 1955) is a French Painter from Montmartre. Maurices mother was a self-taught painter who sat and learned from famous artists of the time such as Renoir, Degas and Henri de Roulouse-Lautrec. Under his mothers guidance, Utrillo quickly gained recognition and notoriety.
Condition: The painting is in excellent condition with mild toning from age. The frame is in good condition with minor wear from prior ownership. The verso is in good condition with tears in paper lining.
Provenance: This piece was purchased from a charitable organization in Olympia, Washington. The original owners information is contained in the verso stamp. No other prior ownership is known.

Policies for Pickup
1. Buyers MUST wear a MASK.
2. Buyers MUST show a copy of your PAID INVOICE (either paper or on your phone).
3. All buyers with invoices over $300 must be prepared to show a photo ID and the credit card used on file before items will be released.
4. No children or animals are allowed on site, as moving furniture and heavy items can be dangerous.
5. Washrooms are not available for use.
6. By departing from the site, you agree that you have all the correct items and are satisfied with them. Before leaving the site please discuss any issues with the MaxSold team lead or the Seller/Representative (for Seller Managed Sales where no MaxSold staff are present).
7. MaxSold team members do not have packing materials and are not allowed to carry or load your purchased items. Please have adequate supplies and help to safely remove your purchases.

Pickup time windows are fixed and limited. You will be required to select a pickup window prior to the auction pickup. Please be sure to select a time slot that you are certain you will be able to attend. Alternate pickup times may or may not be accommodated and if accommodated may result in additional fees.
Claims for refunds can be made only in certain limited circumstances. Where an error in the lot description has occurred on an item you purchased, let the seller (or their representative) know immediately upon pickup so that it may be rectified. Except for limited circumstances, refunds are subject to processing fees.
MaxSold does not arrange shipping; however, you can make your own arrangements at your own risk.
Current bids cannot be changed or removed once submitted and each one is a promise that you will honour the bid and all the terms.
