Shipping Policy
Shipping eligible items are shipped via Canada Post within 4 days after payment for shipping has cleared. NOTE - NOT ALL AUCTION ITEMS ARE SHIPPING ELIGIBLE.
The shipping fee includes shipping, handling, and insurance.

picked up during normal pickup times.
Shipping fees MUST be paid to Jesse Chambers separately from your item
payment.
After buyers have won the items, MaxSold will release the contact information of the Jesse Chamber. The buyers are responsible for contacting them directly to arrange
this service. Shipping charges for your order will be processed directly through the
company and will not be displayed during your MaxSold credit card checkout.
Policies for Pickup
1. Buyers MUST show a copy of your PAID INVOICE (either paper or on your phone).
2. All buyers with invoices over $300 must be prepared to show a photo ID and the credit card used on file before items will be released.
3. No small children or animals are allowed on site, as moving furniture and heavy items can be dangerous.
4. Washrooms are not available for use.
5. By departing from the site, you agree that you have all the correct items and are satisfied with them. Before leaving the site please discuss any issues with the MaxSold team lead or the Seller/Representative (for Seller Managed Sales where no MaxSold staff are present).
6. MaxSold team members do not have packing materials and are not allowed to carry or load your purchased items. Please have adequate supplies and help to safely remove your purchases.
Buyers MUST wear a MASK if required by your local health and safety guidelines.
