How do I search for auctions or items?

At this time, we ask that our customers understand the following requirements to continue to offer a safe operation at all MaxSold auction locations: <ul><li>MaxSold adheres to regional health guidelines with regard to masking and health and safety requirements moving forward.</li> <li>Masks are mandatory for all buyers and sellers if local rules require. Do I have to wear a mask on site?

Invoice: All buyers must be prepared to show their invoices at pickup (either a printed paper copy or a digital version displayed on a phone, tablet or other mobile devices). Identification: Buyers with invoices over $300 must be prepared to show a photo ID and the credit card used to complete the purchase before items can be released. If you will be unable to attend pickup with these documents, please <a target='_blank' tabindex='0' href='https://static.zdassets.com/web_widget/latest/liveChat.html?v=10#key=youbidlocal.zendesk.com'>click here to chat</a> with our support team prior to the pickup day to make alternative arrangements for verification. Packaging materials such as bags, boxes, and newspapers for wrapping delicate items. Packaging your fragile purchases will reduce the chance of them being damaged during transport. Our sellers or team members will not supply packaging materials for your purchases. Tools may be required for the disassembly of furniture or equipment. Our sellers and team members will not be able to supply tools or similar equipment, so please be sure to come prepared. Assistance for large or heavy objects that require more than one person to safely move or carry. It is important to bring any necessary assistance to prevent injury. Note that our sellers or team members will not be permitted to assist with carrying items.

What is the pickup address?

We are normally unable to provide more information about a lot other than what is already listed in the catalog, since our team does not have continuous access to the seller’s property. If our support team receives additional information about an item from the seller, they will update the catalog listing. Please note that a lot’s description takes precedence over the pictures. We are also unable to definitively state the working condition of any item. Because MaxSold’s mission is to clear all items within the seller’s time constraints, everything is sold ‘as-is-where-is’.

Is there any more information about items listed in an auction?

Once you have completed bidder registration, we send an activation link to the registered email address. Please check your spam in case the email was accidentally flagged.
